- MELTthe chocolate over a pan of simmering water.
- SCOOPa ball of Carte D’Or Vanilla Ice Cream on to each of the individual cake portions.
- DECORATEwith the orange zest.
- DRIZZLEwith the chocolate sauce and serve immediately.
